Dreamweaver Help Need for Navigation Bar

Hi Friends!
I wish to divide navigation bar for php site having 250 links Home & Kitchen Appliances in different categories. I need by touching mouse on Category link can open down that category links window.
Plz. help to do it in dreamweaver

Does touching mean clicking or mousing over? Do you have a link of what you have, code? Are you trying to do it with includes?
