Hello everyone.....
I am relatively new to coding with learning on the fly but I have a really stupid or easy question for someone with much more experience than I.
This is my website:

Could someone please tell me where on First Page or Arachnophilia I can add this tag quick without having to retype it each time....
The tag is: class="hbg"----------what does it stand for and where do I look to insert it in the menu bar using one of the editors.....
Its driving me crazy....I cannot locate it using these editors.
It would help out dramatically if you could include screen shots...
