if you are making the flash, you can get the code from your program. other wise incase its not your flash:

<OBJECT
classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"
codebase=
"http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"
WIDTH="550" HEIGHT="400" id="myMovieName">
<PARAM NAME="movie" VALUE="myFlashMovie.swf">
<PARAM NAME="quality" VALUE="high">
<PARAM NAME="bgcolor" VALUE="#FFFFFF">
<EMBED src="myFlashMovie.swf" quality="high" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"
WIDTH="550" HEIGHT="400" NAME="myMovieName" ALIGN=""
TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash"
PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer">
</EMBED>
</OBJECT>

this is pretty self explanatory, just ask if you still have questions.

As twey said, if you are using flash, just go to file and then publish and it will create an html document with it.
