I am absolute beginner. I am in process of creating a small website. My website is at http://anilsaxena.fileave.com . I need to get visitor information from my website at my email address anilsaxena99@gmail.com . I obtained a freeware called microcontact for this purpose. microcontact consists of a php file called microcontact.php and a subdirectory called 'style' which has two files called 'icon.gif' and 'style.css'. I have uploaded these files on my website. What more I need to do to run my website. Please visit my website and suggest.
?
what is your website about - what do you want it to do? is it a personal site? business?
what kind of visitor info do you need (I couldn't load the microcontact.php page)?
Do you have a homepage (I didn't see one in your file list)?

you may want to unzip microcontact and then pull the contents out of the unzipped foler called microcontact and then upload them to your site. At present all you have is a zip folder called microcontact which if clicked will allow users to download to their computer.
I am puzzled as to why your php files are not loading. maybe your website host does not support php. You should try contacting them to find out why your php files are not loading.
I would suggest moving to a different freeware site. The one you are at appears to offer almost nothing in the way of customer service or info about their hosting plans or what programming languages are supported. Maybe someone could suggest another better hosting service for her?
