Using Simple Controls Gallery with Drop Down Menus

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to get this script to display behind a drop down menu on a page.

Everything works perfectly and beautifully, except in FF (v 3.5.3) my drop down menus are showing BEHIND the gallery photos, and obviously this just won't work. In IE my menus show above just as I want it to, but I know IE compensates a lot too..

Maybe it is something I can do to the drop down scripts? I'm using the AnyLink CSS Menu (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/anylinkcss.htm) script.

Just thought I would post and say I fixed my problem.

For anyone who may have this problem in the future, I just increased the number on the "z-index:" control in the stylesheet for the drop down menu to 100, since it had to be larger than the shadow I changed the shadow to 99 (or something like that).

After I did this, part of the shadow was still being cut off by the slideshow, so I incresed the numbers to 1000 for the shadow and 1001 for the menu and it worked perfectly.

** I am editing to say that after I took a closer look, my shadow was actually showing ABOVE my dropdown and not allowing me to click on any of the links in the dropdown. So I changed the values of the z-index for the menu to 20 and for the shadow to 10 and then changed the background of the shadow to transparent. It works for me because I didn't really like the shadow in the first place.

I don't know if this was the correct solution, but it worked for me. It works in FF and it still works in IE.

If anyone has better ideas, or thinks this isn't right, I'd appreciate any clarification.
