Corporate CSS Tableless form

I'm new in css and I'm stuck in a little problem ... it might be a silly questions :D but wtf ... I need to know.

Let's suppose I have a website and I use this css form (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/csslibrary/item/corporate_css_tableless_form/) . How do I receive the informations that are submitted in this form ?

I appologize if this is a stupid question, but I need someone to explain this to me.
