SCRIPT: css top frame layout

The bottom frame is not displaying in the correct position in IE8 when the "Our Boats" link is clicked on. Works well in FF and Google Chrome.
Problem Page: http://www.theboys.co.za/soa2/seychelles-ocean-adventures-boats.php (click on "OUR BOATS" link to see error - if you don't click on the link, the page displays correctly)
If anyone can tell me what I have to do to get this to work correctly as all the other pages display as they should, I would greatly appreciate it.
