I'm just a student and have recently been asked to provide a webpage with a page that sends an email the owner of the website the information on said page, so far the has meet with nothing but problems.

The error I'm receiving is below
Error Type:
Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3)
Invalid class string
/addresschange.asp, line 2

If anyone know why I have this error please reply

Check JMail.SMTPMail exists: that the required libs are installed.

where do i get JMail software

I'm not entirely sure. My best guess would be that it was installed by IIS, but hasn't been put where it should be. Search your system. Failing that, try microsoft.com.

Thank you for your help, but It's not I think I might try a java applet now instead.

Won't help unless you have a mailserver on the same address as your webserver. Security permissions will prevent the applet connecting to any other server to send the mail.
