Started out with FF 2.0, IE6, Safari 2, Opera 8, Google Chrome 1, last tested with FF 3.0, IE6, Safari 2, Opera 9, Google Chrome 1.

The iframe has two scrollbars. I guess the superfluous one is the 'HTML-scrollbar'. You should get rid of it. Something like html{overflow:hidden}.
