top bar not working help??

Ive taken over a job as the person who was working on it, left and i cant work it out.

Im not sure what is wrong with this script, it works in firefox but not safari or internet explorer latest versions

ive uploaded it to my server for testing at http://www.htmlemailhost.co.uk/
when you hover over the link at the top its fine. But when you click on them and go to another page it turns off the css and goes but to plain text. you have to reset the brower to get it back hmmm

I cant see were the error is?? hope you can help???

Has anyone got any ideas in how to correct this error??

if you click on www.htmlemailhost.co.uk and the top links at the top of the page when you click on the links it goes to the next page but the css coding disappears on that link and so on.
