CSS Drop Down Tab menu can't see drop down

3) Describe problem:
I finally got exactly what I wanted with the ddtabs (example 1) and on my test page, it worked fine. When I copied/pasted the code into my dreamweaver files, the drop downs don't work. I have tried to trouble shoot the code and can't find where my mistake is.
