im trying to do something like this on my website, this is the idea:
people put in there username that I create for them, and a 6/8 letter password, that I also set for them.
so basically i give out the username/pass.
i want them to insert the Username & Pass, and when they click login, their house adress would appear in that place that was a login area.
so its like having 3 things for each person, Username, Password, Address
thanks a lot in advance, id really appreciate any help.
What you want is a database.

Now you should do some programming. Make tables in your database and then make a registration form with the help of database connection. I think it's tutorial can be found here (http://www.devshed.com/c/a/PHP/Creating-a-Secure-PHP-Login-Script/)
or here (http://www.stargeek.com/php_scripts.php?script=16&cat=misc)
if you also want admin features then you can check this site (http://www.evolt.org/article/PHP_Login_System_with_Admin_Features/17/60384/)
But first you must create a registration form so that your visitors can register before they can login.
No; s/he gives out the login details. S/he could just enter the data manually into the database. Try phpMyAdmin if you're not too familiar with the SQL of your database system.

We need more info. What server-side languages do you have installed? What database software do you have installed?
