I need help with mouse over pictures

I am so confused, and not very savvy with this. Can't figure out how to align the pictures to the right of the big picture, or to get the mouse over to work. Also how do I post the code here?

OK, I just read how to post a code in the yellow box below, but it may as well been written in a foreign language as I don't understand.

Someone, anyone LOL. I've been looking at this code for 2 days and it's just not clicking for me (mentally) I also need to add an additional row for more pictures. I have been reading all day, and still nothing.
