My problem should be simple for anyone with basic html, but it's giving me a headache. I want to create the replica of this site:

Same thing, but have a horizontal menu which I already built and link the menu targeting the iframe. Can't do it.
This is what I tried so far:
http://www.freewebs.com/andyovideo/APCAC/ap09.htm - when clicking home, nothing appears in the iframe...
if you can just give me a code for the same first site with my menu code and working iframe, I would appreciate it. Just link Home or Program into the iframe, and load google.com or whatever in it. After that I can configure.
The template should be the same, but if anyone has a good CSS source that looks like the first site, good too.
