Div and iframe issue

Hello everyone,

Im building out a site with div layers and iframes with scrolling copy. Everything works great in Safari, the issues are with ie and firefox. Divs that are hidden that hold the iframes (like about) will not scroll when visible. Seems theres a problem with overlapping iframes on different div layers.

looks fine for me in 1024 x 768 screen resolution and in Firefox and IE.
