thumbs up thumbs down script

Hello All!

First time poster here! I am looking to put something to the effect of, "Do you find this information useful...thumbs up....thumbs down" on a portion of my web page. I would also like to keep a record of the "votes" for each article.

Is there a script that will help me accomplish this?!
