Please point me in the right direction

I am looking for a script like the tab content script on dynamic drive but what i need is the tabs on the left side and its for a search feature on a real estate site . So for each tab it would have homes, rentals, brokers and when you click on each the content of the search would change pertaning to that subject not the whole page. I would be willing to pay someone if they know how to do this. I have attached an image for better understanding
