I just want to dance

Hi
I need a bit of help with a drop down nav bar. There are two issue I have
1. The drop down in IE 7 moves quite a bit to the right - this is fine on the mac and on IE8
2. The drop down goes behind a flash file and not over it.
I did not do the coding for this but it is up to me to sort it out.
The url is www.naturalwear.co.nz
Cheers
This is the css code for the drop-down.
