CSS switcher applies to only one page?

So I wanted to make several style sheets so that people can pick and choose but will the style sheet only work for one page? like if I have it on an index page where I have enter link or enter image. and someone selects then and there they want the blue theme will it apply to all the other pages they visit from that point on or will it only apply to that page specifically?

you, my friend, need to investigate cookies :)
with cookies the style sheet will be applied to all pages (with the applicable code) until a) the user changes it, b) the cookie expires or c) the cookie is cleared!
