Accessibility (hotkey) with "All Levels Navigational Menu (v2.2)"

Has anybody implemented accessibility feature (using hotkeys) in the "All Levels Navigational Menu (v2.2)" menu, also known as Matt Menu ?

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome? I got it to work to certain extent by modifying "levelsmenu.js".
