i have a samll website created in ms word i am planning to host the same on a free web hosting site but i want the same to be password protected limited to a group how can i do that . can please some one help me with that

You should delete your duplicate threads in the other forums.

Password-protecting your website would depend largely on what you have available from your web host, and being a free host, that might not be much. Does your host provide "protected" directories? Do they support PHP? You will need a server-side option.

I'm also unfamiliar with using MS Word to build a site, I have no idea what capabilities you have there. I would recommend learning html and using a text editor instead, you'll get much better results.
