ontoggle wont work playing flash movie

hello, im really not a coder but i've been having problems with javascript and flash......im using the ontoggle function i found on this site but it keeps giving me a error message. it says

document.getElementById('movie').Play()

is not a function

i've tried the other alternative to test if the movie id is the one being played but didnt work either.

could really use some help.
