View Full Version : Dynamic Content not working in IE 8. Why?

HI everyone,

All the demos located in the Dynamic Content (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/) category do not work for me in IE 7 or 8 but in Firefox and Chrome they work fine.

Is there something wrong with my IE Java settings or is it just that IE normally has problems processing the Java?

JavaScript, not Java. All of the dynamic content scripts work in my IE7, so I don't know why they don't for you. Have you checked your security settings (regarding "active content" -read: "javascript") under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced? There may be other settings to change to allow JS to run that I'm not thinking of right now, especially in IE8 (which I don't use much at all).
