Trailing and circling text won't scroll down

Hi,
After inserting the cursor trailer text, http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex13/trailortext.htm
the cursor trailing the text works fine. Except that when I scroll down the page the trailing text will not follow down the page. This also happens when I use the circling text trail. http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex13/circletext.htm

I am very much a beginner at having a web site. As a grandmother, I use the circling text and the trailer text for my grandkids pictures. On their separate pages I have their names following the cursor. What fun! I hope someone can tell me what to do about the no scroll thing.

What doctype are you using on the page? If most any, the scripts need to be updated. Change all instances of:

document.body

in the script to:

iecompattest()

Then, add this just below the credit block:

function iecompattest(){
return (document.compatMode && document.compatMode.indexOf("CSS")!=-1)? document.documentElement : document.body
}
