Covert wordpress theme to plain HTML

I have Wordpress and Blogger template of the same layout but I need it in plain html, because my blog service only supports that.

What could be done here, are there any converters to do it automatically or it should be done manually (in that case, what should be done)?

I did that but it doesnt works because when you use view source option you get static html for that page that you are viewing so when implemented you see site from where you extracted that code and then under your site content at one pile.

I need some way to manage it so blogs nw post , links and that stuff adjust automatic in every new post in that new script.
