Search Engine on Flash created website [Archive]

Hey guys and gals.

I just wondered if there was anyway of providing a search engine within my Flash site which would allow visitors to search for content on the site? I'm sure I can do this if my site was HTML but I was planning to create a Web site completely through Flash.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yap, dudes your right Flash Web site is kinda cool but it's little bet hard compare to HTML. How i wish i could make one too...

it is possible if you have your text dynamically linked from XML file, then you can create function that search the xml and point to a frame or if you use deep linking to a flash page :)

If my site was complicated enough to need a search engine; I'd not use flash for the majority of my content. Just my thoughts.
