Using more then one CSS style sheet

If anyone can answer this short question....

Is it wise to use a different style sheet for different pages on a website?

Due to the positioning and layout of the site is this ok to do?

Using multiple style sheets is definitely acceptable. I have several sites that use various different style sheets for the same content, sometimes on the same page.

Example: a user visits my website from their cell phone, I use a different style sheet making my site 320px wide to accommodate their phones browser.
