Hi,

I use this code which gives me a nice graduated background on my web site: www.thisisharz.com. It looks cool in IE but in other browers it does not work especially firefox. Can anyone give me an idea of what is wrong or if there is another way to do it. The code is w3c correct, just does not work.

<body style="filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Gradient(endColorstr='#8fc136', startColorstr='#ffffff', gradientType='0');" link="#000080" vlink="#0000a0" alink="#000080">

It is a major part of the whole design of the website.

Many thanks,

Martin

Why dont you just use a tiled image on the X-axis only and set the whole of your background to the darkest shade of green?

I've attached an example to demonstrate using your exact colours so its a copy and paste job.
