All Levels Nav: topbar IE Flicker and gap

3) Describe problem: Topbar menu - submenus in IE7 (haven't checked IE6 yet) flicker and are way-below the topbar. Works okay in FF and Safari. Looks like distance this if off is the height of the topbar. I've tried all kinds of things and this one is odd. I've done other topbar menus like this and it's not happened before.

I went back to this problem, did some digging in the resolved forum items and found something, which I tried. There was a problem about IE page constantly loading, so I thought this might be related. The solution was to turn off the enableshim. And there it was.
The IE flickering problem was solved by turning off the enableshim in the js file.

The positioning of the submenu too far below the topbar was solved by doing an IE conditional statement in the head of the page, giving the ddsubmenustyle a negative top margin.

If anyone else has any better ideas, please add them.
