Runtime error: ddlevelsmenu is undefined

3) Describe problem:

Everytime I try to view my page with this menu I get the runtime error specified in the title of the thread.

Here is the chunk of code found at that line:

How do I fix this?

You have to make sure you are calling the javascript file at the beginning of the document (between the head tags). Other than that, we need more information.
