1) Script Title: Step Carousel Viewer v1.6.1

2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/stepcarousel.htm

3) Describe problem: I've been trying for two weeks to find a way how to successfully implement this script but without success.
Actually, all works fine in firefox but in IE8 it wont open as it should
When debuging in Internet explorer i get this error :'' 'stepcarousel' is undefined and it refers at this part as problematic one:

galleryid: 'mygallery', //id of carousel DIV
beltclass: 'belt', //class of inner "belt" DIV containing all the panel DIVs
panelclass: 'panel', //class of panel DIVs each holding content
autostep: {enable:true, moveby:1, pause:3000},
panelbehavior: {speed:500, wraparound:false, persist:true},
defaultbuttons: {enable: true, moveby: 1, leftnav: ['http://i34.tinypic.com/317e0s5.gif', -5, 80], rightnav: ['http://i38.tinypic.com/33o7di8.gif', -20, 80]},
statusvars: ['statusA', 'statusB', 'statusC'], //register 3 variables that contain current panel (start), current panel (last), and total panels
contenttype: ['inline'] //content setting ['inline'] or ['external', 'path_to_external_file']

Is there something I've been doing wrong or something additional hast to be done?
Thank you for your help in advance

Make sure the reference to stepcarousel.js is correct/ valid:

<script type="text/javascript" src="stepcarousel.js">

If it is, please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

here it is

testing page (http://showmethemoney.mojblog.hr/s/test.html)

i've linked here js files from dynamic drive because this isnt final site where i would like to implement this and i cant add there something that wont work., but i already tried with js files with my hosting but results were the same so i dont think this should make a difference

Carousel is on bottom of page

Hotlinking is disabled on DD, so linking to the .js files from here won't load anything at all. I suspect the issue is with your references to the .js files on your server being incorrect as well. The only way to tell is if you try and reference them, and point me to check out the page when you do.

well, it seems that i had an unreliable hosting for .js files because after your remark i tried several other services to host files again since my old one obviously havent done it right and it proved to be good decision.

Everything works now and although this seems as an obvious solution sometimes you just need to hear it from someone else to try it once more.
