1) Script Title: Ultimate Fade-in slideshow (v1.51)

3) Describe problem:
I am trying to implement the Ultimate Fade-in slideshow on the following webpage :
http://www.dptips-central.com/photo-assignments_slideshow.html
But I am getting the error 'Fadeshow is undefined' when loading the page and the two slideshows are not appearing. I believe I have setup the code as per the instructions so I am not sure what is going wrong.
I would very much appreciate your help.
