I copy and paste the script into my website...now how do i upload the bubble and put it where so that i can see the bubble effect?

Upload the bubble using whatever method is available to you for uploading files to your host. Upload it to the same directory as the page that uses it.

I meant upload the file bubble.gif to the directory where your page that uses it is loacated.
