Multiframe Slideshow with Fade-in Effect?

Hi,

I'm using the Multiframe Slideshow script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/multiframeslide.htm) and like to know how to modify it to have fade-in effect when the image is changed.
