Encoding Fonts Into Website

I have a website in which i would like to use a font that i have downloaded from a website. Obviously, the font only shows up for those who have it installed, is their a way to get around this issue and make everyone see the font that i would like them too?
Im not sure if this could be accomplished with PHP , i just had no idea where to post this issue
Any ideas?
