3) Describe problem: I am putting together a site for a client and am having a problem with getting this to work correctly.

The site URL is http://www.cannonbonding.com/contractandpayment.htm

I have numerous fields and all are in the script, but when a user hits SUBMIT with empty fields, the script is ignored and the user is taken straight to the confirmation screen.

Can anyone take a look at the code and show me where I am wrong?

There's an error in your customization of the script below,namely, the part in red after City should be a comma and not a dot:
