Simple Controls Gallery does not show

1) Script Title: Simple Controls Gallery v1.

3) Describe problem: Unable to run the "Simple Control Gallery v1". I placed all the codes on the page, reviewed them (before </head> and on the body), but I can find the ploblem. Why does not shows? I think may be a comflict with the other java codes, I have "Accordion Content script", "Pausing up-down scroller" and "DHTML slideshow script" they work fine, but, when I add the "Simple Controls Gallery does not shows in the pages, in fact, I tried to use "Daily iframe content II" with dynamic content, also does not shows, or block the menu. Would you please help?
Is there a limit on the number of scripts I can use on a page? How I can correct the code?

There may be a other errors as well, but at a glance, you need to move the jQuery reference in your HTML page so it's above all other JavaScript references on the page. For example:
