Delay for submenu collapse in "All Levels Navigational Menu (v2.1)"

We are using the menu here -> http://www.junipertraining.com/index.php/crystalecho/page/main . It works well except when you get to 3rd or 4th level and the mouse pointer strays out of the menu area, it collapse back to the 2nd level, which can be a bit frustrating. Is there a way to introduce a delay of some kind.

I may add such an option the next time it's updated. Right now the only delay you can toggle is when the entire drop down menu disappears, not each sub menu individually. The former is more complex to implement, which is why I skipped it when the script was launched.
