can CS3 do that swf to flv conversion ?

i've got some swf movies(download from internet), but i want them in flv format, someone said that Flash CS3 can convert swf to other video formats. I don't know whether it is ture or how to do it. pls tell me the detail steps to convert swf to flv with Flash CS3. but if not, pls give me some other advice.

Do you have a link to one of the pages the videos are on? There are some apps and add on's to browsers you may be able to use.

i don't even quite understand you question.
if the swf movies you've metioned are flash source files... fla files you can export them as File/export/export movie/choose flv format.

but if you have only swf files and not the source, a professional conversion program was needed. i always use iwisoft swf to flv converter for that conversion, maybe it can help you as well. swf to flv (http://www.swf2flv.net/)
