downloading external files

i cannot for the life of me figure out how to download the additional external files required for the dropdown menus on this page.

it keeps asking for a username and password. is there a default username and password or do you have to make an account somewhere or what. :confused:

I've just tried it with no problem

I just clicked on the file name and the download option appeared, no password.

Perhaps you have something on your PC that only allows downloads by the administrator
