tab content script with tab image change

Hey guys, I'm trying to do something like the first demo in http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/tabcontent.htm ... except instead of using text for the tabs i want to use an image, and when you click the tab, i would like it to change the image entirely to another one.
