Add A Comment Javascript?

At the bottom of this page:

There is a comment box that also posts the comments into the webpage itself. Is there a free javascript for this that anybody knows of? What do you suggest?

Most of these blog type systems have some form of database behind them.

The "add" comment boxes can be simple HTML with an action attached that updates the relevant part of the database.
