1) Script Title: Style Sheet Switcher

3) Describe problem:
I am wanting the style sheet switcher script as mentioned above to have a smooth transition between the different CSS.
Is there anyway in which the transition can be changed to a duration of 0.5 with a fade from one CSS to another CSS?
