I see that for the second site you are using a frame.
In the source page put the full URL path to the .js files you are using.
This may solve your problem

Well, it's not exactly the same. One is inside a using frames and the other isn't. Your menu is using elements that are absolutely positioned. Using frames throws off the browser's calculations on that.
Your best bet would be to remove the frames. Change all of your paths (paths to images, scripts, etc... to absolute paths [i.e. include the http://www... part] and then copy and past the code from one to the other. You don't need to upload all of your files again.
What I would do though is to just point the broken domain to the site that works. That way both domains are pointing to the same content. You don't need to update it both places should you need to change something. That's probably the most hassle free way to go about it.

thats just it Medyman, i have only made one page which does not contain any frames at all, both my domains are from the same host service and I upload the one page to my host service and the same page appears when i type both domains.
but for some reason its appearing to have frames on my datzcreationz domain

Ohh, ok. Then it's your host. Some hosts do that instead of actually changing the DNS settings for the domain. Are your domains registered with the same company as you're hosting with? Do you have any control over the settings for those domains?
