Hi~ I want to put a tag board on my site, but I have no clue how to! I dont even know if its supposed to be under CSS :p
Yes, I am very pathetic, and any help will be greatly appreciated. Ive asked some other web owners if they know the code or how to make a tag board, but they either havent replied, or they dont know how to. Thank you in advance!
