Css popup image viewer ie problem

I am using CSS POPUP IMAGE VIEWER http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/csslibrary/item/css-popup-image-viewer/

I used the "link" version, in a "SCROLL DIV" but when I scroll the content, the links does not scroll along. Can you help me?

See the "PROPIEDADES DESTACADAS" part and scroll it in IE, see the links does not scroll. With FF works fine.

In FF only left a blank space at the end of the scrollable content. Is this a problem?
