If you have MYSQL on your PC and you have a database maintenance program, like phpmyadmin, there is normally an option to export the database/tables.

FTP the files to your server and use the admin program there to import the files.

What is your hosting contral panel? If it is Cpanel, it should be have phpmyadmin, you can upload your database by phpmyadmin
