Can I edit the text in a dynamic template?

Hello-
I've just started learning how to use dynamic flash templates.
Could somebody please look at the template found at the link below and let me know if I will be able to change the words "Mercy charity organization" in the left corner and the "mercy" button in the center through the template.

Thanks Snookerman! I kind of figured I could change the one in the corner, but the "button" in the center looked like an image.

You can always change any text on templates, otherwise nobody would buy them.
