I have a video on my page that is in a .wmv format. For most computers the video loads without any problems, however with some instead of playing the video it will start downloading the file to their desktop. Any ideas on how to stop this?
-Thanks in advance

It's a protected WMV which has to fetch a licence to play, I'm guessing.
You usually encounter things like that maliciously in such things as ****ographic videos, or perfectly normally in copyrighted works such as legally downloaded movies.

This is actually a movie that I have made, could it be that I have a setting in the program I made it in that I need to change?

If you made it, don't save it in WMV format, try out an MPEG4 alternative such as XVid or DivX.

or if you have quicktime save as a .mov
MPGs are more universal. Most users will be able to see them, unlike the proprietary WMV format.
