DD ads in php

Ok so can anyone tell me what code I could use in PHP to get the same results for the ads at the top of http://www.dynamicdrive.com/
I am looking to emplement this into my site except

I want it to be vertical
Show 6 random ads at time
Pull ads from a text file.

Any ideas?

I'm assuming those are ads switched by ddadmin. You can sell ad space on your site. If you don't want to, it's just a simple <img> tag.
